At KDI Wealth Management, our clients' success is powered by our dedicated team. Behind every engagement, every innovation, and every success are unique individuals driven by passion, purpose, and personal journeys. Our "Getting to Know You" blog series aims to pull back the curtain and introduce you to the remarkable team members who bring our firm to life.

My roots in hospitality run as wide as the 60 year old Magnolia tree in my grandparents’ front yard in on Weaver Street in East Ridge, Tennessee. My Great Grandparents lived next door and my family, just across the street; so, when it was time for the family to gather for Sunday supper at Nana and Poppi’s, my mom would send me into the yard to pick the biggest and best of the white blooms of the Magnolia to put on our supper table. Even as a young girl, I learned the value of aesthetics and how the eye is fed before the belly. That beautiful, family, supper table hosted long-time friends, new acquaintances, travelers, and the occasional enemy, but the way it made people feel was like home. It wasn’t about what was on the table, but who was around it. And whoever was around that table was fed, heart and soul.
Southern hospitality has been engrained in me from my beginning and has grown into one of my deepest convictions. My mom showed me that presentation is the foundation for a connection and although some connections are built on a less than presentable foundation, the first impression is everything. Be it a gathering in my home, a donor event, golf tournament, or community outreach, the details are intentional and personal. There is a deep-seated passion to ensure people do not go unnoticed, and when the people are noticed, so are the details. To feel seen, heard, considered, and celebrated are some of the basic human necessities that I strive to provide in my day-to-day interactions.
I am passionate about providing a commonplace dinner table (the proverbial one and the one in your dining room) so that everyone might have a haven for storytelling, laughter, hard conversations and sorrow. There is something to be said about building relationships around a meal, and I do not believe it should stop once the meal is over. Just as the connection doesn’t stop when the last plate has been washed, the same could be said about providing excellent service. From the initial conversation to the last goodbye, the table is set for each new moment, the food prepared and dished out, the feeling of being noticed flows like expensive wine.
It brings me endless satisfaction to nurture the human spirit through emotional connection and I accomplish that by using my ability to curate the environment to leave a lasting impact and open the door of opportunity for trust and relationships. I am driven by a constant desire to create space where people feel a sense of belonging, comfortable and welcomed; to be the best part of someone’s day. It is my life’s assignment to serve others in a way that feels warm, genuine, and inclusive.
I believe the human experience has become so surface level and transactional due to the inundation of automations and self-service, that a single, excellent, service experience transcends anything that technology can execute. When prompted to provide the best service one has ever received, I aspire for my name to be the response. Hospitality is not just something I provide; it is a part of who I am.
As a Client Service Associate at KDI Wealth Management, I find profound fulfillment in connecting with clients on a personal level and nurturing their sense of trust and belonging. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a welcoming environment, where clients feel truly heard, valued, and supported. By curating each experience with care, I aim to be a steady, uplifting presence in their lives, a source of calm and connection that leaves a lasting, positive impact.
