With a wealth of experience in client relations and a keen understanding of their diverse needs, Pam brings a strategic and empathetic approach to her role. Her journey began 30 years ago in corporate training at Paine Webber in Manhattan. Throughout her professional journey, Pam has held various leadership positions in the realm of client experience and customer service. Her commitment to excellence and innovation has resulted in the implementation of cutting-edge strategies that have driven client retention and loyalty.
Family holds a special place in Pam’s heart, and she cherishes every moment spent with them. Her son is thriving in the financial arena, residing in Nashville, while her daughter is pursuing an accelerated master's program at a renowned university. Meanwhile, her husband pursues a successful career in marketing.
When she's not immersed in her professional endeavors, Pam indulges in her passions, finding joy in the company of her beloved dogs, exploring the depths of the ocean through scuba diving, venturing into nature for invigorating hikes, creating delightful treats through her baking skills, and enriching her mind with the wonders of literature. Recently, she has been embracing the beauty of the French language through Duo Lingo en francais, further fueling her passion for learning and self-improvement.
