Whether you're in it for the game, the halftime show, or just the commercials, there’s one thing we can all agree on: Super Bowl snacks are the real MVP!  From cheesy dips to finger-foods that bring on the heat, our team has rounded up some tried-and-true recipes to make your watch party a total touchdown. 🏟️✨ 


Mini Corn Dog Muffins

Prep Time: 20 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 8

Ingredients:

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 (16 oz) package hot dogs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and spray 2 mini muffin pans (24 cups) with cooking spray.
  2. Cut hot dogs into 4 pieces crosswise, then cut each piece lengthwise into 8 pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, egg, and oil until smooth. Fold in hot dogs.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 8 minutes, until lightly browned and set in the center.

Bacon-Wrapped Cocktail Wieners

Prep Time: 20 mins | Cook Time: 40 mins | Total Time: 1 hr | Servings: 16

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sliced bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1 (14 oz) package little smokies cocktail weiners
  • Toothpicks
  • ¾ cup brown sugar (or to taste)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Wrap each wiener with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the bacon-wrapped wieners.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, until bacon is crisp and sugar is bubbly.
  5. Serve immediately or keep warm in a slow cooker set on Low.

Sausage & Cream Cheese Dip

Prep Time: 0 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 15 mins | Servings: 16

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 (10 oz) can of Rotelle (your desired heat level)
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and cream cheese. Continue cooking over medium heat until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Baked Jalapeno Poppers

Yield: 24 poppers

Ingredients:

  • cooking spray
  • 12 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup panko bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Fill each jalapeño pepper half with cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and bread crumbs, respectively; arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until jalapeños are tender and cheese melts, about 20 minutes.

Endless Nachos

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 20 mins | Servings: 10

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (14.5 oz) package tortilla chips
  • 1 (12 oz) jar pickled jalapeño pepper slices (optional)
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced black olives
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven’s broiler and set the rack 6 inches from the heat source. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in water, chili powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread tortilla chips on the prepared sheet pan. Top with the beef mixture, jalapeños, olives, and Cheddar cheese.
  4. Broil for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve with sour cream and salsa.

Cheesy Sausage Balls

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 22 mins | Servings: 6 dozen

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork sausage
  • 1 ½ cups buttermilk baking mix
  • 16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine the sausage, baking mix, cheddar cheese, onion, celery and garlic powder. Mix well and form into 1 inch balls.
  3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1/2 inch apart. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
