Kevin is the founder and president of Kevin Dick Investment Management Group/KDI Wealth Management. Kevin began his career advising individuals and small businesses at one of the large national investment firms. Dissatisfied with the one-size-fits-all approach to financial planning, Kevin set out to create a unique and personal approach to holistic wealth management.
Kevin founded the firm in 2005 and has brought together customized teams of specialists to provide each client with the appropriate and most comprehensive advanced wealth management planning and advice.
Kevin finds his greatest joy in being with his family, inclusive of our team and the amazing families we serve. Kevin, his wife, Carrie, and two children, Mason and Bailee, are often found mountain biking, hiking, camping, or simply enjoying nature. Kevin completed a hike across Scotland known as the West Highland Way and is looking forward to his next great adventure, whether far away or in the great state of Arizona!

As a business owner, Carrie learned how complex and time-consuming retirement plans can be for fellow business owners. This drives her passion for the retirement plan market, focusing on compliance, administration, and employee education. She also sees the need for participants to save for their retirement, fueling her desire to help these participants reach their retirement goals.
Carrie, with her husband, Kevin, have two teens, Mason and Bailee, who keep them busy with school and extracurricular activities. Carrie enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, mountain biking, hiking, and enjoying watching Dallas Cowboys football. Together, she and Kevin love to travel and spend time with their children creating memories through experiences and adventures.

Micah Crabdree is the Regional Vice President and Wealth Advisor at KDI Wealth Management. He works with clients to develop and implement their individualized financial plan, manage assets, and provide wealth management advice. Micah uses his expertise and client relations experience to help his clients overcome outdated portfolios through personalized strategies that are specific to each client’s needs. His mission is to help others make the better decisions with their money so that they can achieve what is most important to them and their families.
Outside the office you will find Micah getting involved in many activities that involve helping the community and youth. He is a member of the Rim Country Rotary Club and serves as Board Member and Past President for the club. Micah grew up in Payson AZ and later attended NAU. Early professional career in the outdoor industry lead to living in South Africa, Oregon, and California. He is happy to be back to the state he loves and proud to call Northern Arizona his home. Micah, his wife Kathryn, and their two sons enjoy spending time in the great outdoors. Micah loves being a father, husband, outdoorsman, and trusted advisor. He prides himself on being there for anyone in need.

Shane leads our team with investment analysis and research in relation to account management and assisting with relationship management in quarterly and annual reviews. Shane also plays an integral part in the operational aspect of KDI Wealth through the development and implementation of systems and processes. Shane started his career with a year-year tenure at Vanguard in the sales and compliance departments.
Shane was born and raised in Payson, Arizona. He loves the community and what it represents as a small town. Shane is involved in the community as an Expedition Church Youth Leader and Payson Unified School District Board Member.
Shane and his bubbly wife, Presli, have two beautiful boys, Eli and Zander. As a family, they enjoy travel and are always excited for a great movie night!

Pam plays a vital role in the administrative account management both for proactive and reactive activities. She is the contact for account related activities such as cash movement, distributions, RMDs, beneficiary changes, client relationship management activities, and cost basis, just to name a few. Pam is also the point of contact for all appointments and activities related to Kevin’s calendar.
Pam and her husband, Butch, relocated to Payson in 2005 to raise their children in a close-knit community. Pam joined our firm in 2011 and has prior client service experience at Cox Communications and Chaparral Pines Golf Club.
One of Pam’s passion is helping others, which is why we call her “Mama Pam.” She is wonderfully caring and loves being part of a community that rallies around and cares for others in time of need. Pam enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves being creative, the outdoors, boating, camping, and traveling when possible.

After graduating from UCLA with a degree in economics, Diane started her career in the investment arena in 1983 working for an investment management firm in Los Angeles. Working with that firm for more than 20 years, she held positions ranging from senior trader to vice president in charge of asset allocation. She brings to this firm a diverse investment and financial background, as well as experience with and passion for helping people reach their financial goals.
Having earned the CRPC® designation in 2017, Diane heads up planning at KDIMG, working closely with both advisor and client. She also provides support to the advisors in the day-to-day administrative management of client accounts.
Diane has lived in the Rim Country since 1998. She appreciates the beauty of the Rim Country outdoors by fishing, camping, hiking, and gardening. She enjoys volunteering in the community and has helped in several local schools. She is also an active member of the local Kiwanis Club.
Nichole brings strong marketing execution skills to keep our clients and community abreast of important market conditions and education related to overall wealth management. Nichole previously exhibited these same skills at Starbucks and helped execute the start-up and opening of Common Grounds Coffee Shop.
Nichole has been married to her high school sweetheart, Lance, for ten years. Together they have built their home and family in Payson. They have three children: Carter, Preslie, and Harlan. In her free time, Nichole loves to capture and editing family photos, read and garden in the beautiful summers of Payson.
Director of First Impressions
Cindy is our director of first impressions, the smiling face you see or warm tone of voice you hear when visiting or calling our office. Cindy has a strong customer service background from her 32 years of work experience at Bashas and earning 2 customer service awards during her tenure there.
Her warm heart is mirrored outside of the office as well. Cindy and her husband of 10 years love to spend time with their grandkids, volunteer with the Arizona Ironman, and spend quality time with friends and family – and let’s not forget the “other child,” Rooney the Jack Russell terrier.
Cindy is also quite the adventurer! She has completed the grueling 69-mile mountain biking trek from Flagstaff to the Grand Canyon, hiked the south rim of the Grand Canyon, competed in two Ragnar races, and has completed many triathlons, including the Arizona Ironman!
